Landfills and recycling facilities present many hazards to safety and the environment. It's important to have proper safety and environmental programs in place. CCI can provide your facility with quarterly Onsite Safety Inspections to inform you of any hazards and guide you in correcting them.
A number of programs offered by CCI are beneficial to the recycling and waste management industries. In PA, Residual Waste reporting is required by law. CCI can provide these reports to you and file them with the appropriate agency. Chemical & Particulate Air Monitoring for asbestos, lead, mold, etc. will determine if levels of these particulates are hazardous. The report generated by CCI will inform you of these levels and make recommendations on how to reduce levels and how to protect your employees who work around them. In addition, CCI can help its clients in setting up a radiation detection program.
Powered Industrial Equipment such as front–end loaders and forklifts need pre–shift inspections. We can provide safety training on the proper use of this equipment.
